Records Request

The Charlestown Fire District is committed to providing the public with access to public records under RI General Laws Section 38-2-1 et seq.  Any person who wishes to request a public record should complete a "Request for Records Under Access to Public Records Act" form.  This form is available by following the link at the bottom of the page or from the District Clerk.  Completion of this form is not mandatory but is used to facilitate the request.  In the event a requestor does not wish to complete the form, a verbal request may be made to the custodian of the records, the District Clerk, at 401-954-9171.
